My thoughts:

Intermittent Fasting is a fascinating insight into a lifestyle concept that is less diet and more habit adjustment. Nicholas Ty has created a well-constructed, informative book, worthy of a read to those who are new to the concept as I was before reading it.
Highlighting the importance of eating in a natural rhythm, rather than a consistent crazing, and over-eating that we are used to in the western world, or worse, trying to keep a healthy weight by subjecting ourselves to non-healthy diets, the author dedicates a lot of time to the concepts of what healthy eating truly is.
He also took the time to showcase the reasons why this concept of intermittent fasting is better than the so very popular Paleo diet while going into the details of the importance of nutrients, and the need for good carbs and other essential building blocks to a healthy diet.
I enjoyed the Author’s descriptive approach to the subject that made the book an easy read, nothing fancy, yet not written in such a clinical way that it feels more like a workbook than a healthy living guide. That is not an easy balance to strive for, but Nicholas managed to do that effectively.
Thorough and to the point, Intermittent Fasting: Lose Weight Burn Fat Heal Your Body, is exactly what you need this new year in order to gain a healthy lifestyle, so many of us thrive for.
